Lecture by Dr. Heike Hennig-Schmidt, Chief Researcher of the International Laboratory for Experimental and Behavioral Economics

We are glad to invite you to the  online lecture "Games in Experiments" by Dr. Heike Hennig-Schmidt, Chief Researcher of the International Laboratory for Experimental and Behavioral Economics.
The subject of the talk are games that are the main tools in experimental and behavioral economics to study social preferences, trust, reciprocity and cooperation like the Dictator, Ultimatum, Trust, Public good, and Prisoner Dilemma games. Dr. Heike Hennig-Schmidt will also touch the goals experimental games are directed to contribute, as for instance, testing theories, studying „Real world“ problems, exploring behavior to establish behavioral regularities, and clarifying open questions from the literature. Extensions of the original designs also by my own research will be presented, like the impact of culture and presentation effects on behavior.
